Physical Symptoms of Anxiety and Stress:

This is just a short list of the symptoms you might experience. That being said, these symptoms can be signs of other medical conditions, so you should always call with a physician when you have any new symptoms.

I have experienced most of the symptoms myself as a former panic and anxiety sufferer. I went through sheer hell for 2 years before I finally conquered my panic attacks and feel like a stronger person because of it.

Anxiety and panic does not have to rule your life. I am thankful for my years of dealing with anxiety and panic because I learned so much about myself. You can be well again too!
